Affordable was sent by my home warranty company, The tech called 20 minutes before he arrived, was friendly and knowledgeable, repaired my furnace in 20 minutes, explained what the problem was how he was fixing it. I waited 10 days to write this review after reading the others. I’m not only happy with the repair work but will be calling to get my AC serviced in the spring.

Awesome company and friendly technicians. The dispatcher even gave me regular text updates throughout the day letting me know my place in line. The guys had a busy day with lots of customers scheduled ahead of me for the day, but you’d never know it. They were as friendly as could be and went right to work diagnosing my problem. Turns out I just needed a Freon charge. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and use them again the next time the need arises.
